Mail Order Satisfaction Guarantee*
Please check our dealer listing for a dealer near
you. If you don't have a dealer in your area you can mail order a Volae
through the Hostel Shoppe. The Hostel Shoppe provides the following
satisfaction guarantee to reduce your concerns about purchasing a bike you
haven't test ridden:
If a Volae purchased from the Hostel Shoppe proves unsatisfactory,
you may return it (using the same shipping materials) within two weeks
of the delivery date. You will be charged 5% of the purchase price of the
bike as a rental/demo fee and we will refund the balance of the bike, less
any damage assessments, to you. You will be responsible for freight charges
both ways. We will refund half the price of any accessories used during the
two-week test period.
* This guarantee only applies to US residents in the contiguous 48 states
who mail ordered their bikes through the Hostel Shoppe. Return guarantee
applies to stock configurations only - highly customized or modified bikes
are not returnable. Accessories purchased with your bike are returnable
for full value only if unused and uninstalled. Due to Federal regulations,
our shipper cannot pick up from a residential address, so your returned
bike must be taken to a business address for pick up.

Body Measurements
| Important:
Have someone else take these measurements for you. Trying to take them
yourself will lead to inaccurate measurements. Take all measurements
without shoes on. |
|
| X-Seam: X-seams can be measured using a variety of
methods. The method shown produces the most consistent
results and is the method our x-seam charts are based on. |

| Arm Length/Seated Shoulder Height:
For arm length, sit with your back against the wall and shoulders in a
neutral position (Extend your shoulders all the way forward, then push
your shoulders tightly back against the wall - neutral is the comfortable
position in between). Measure from the wall to your knuckles, as shown.
For seated shoulder height, measure from the top of the shoulder bone to the
floor, as shown. |

The group I ride with usually breaks into a "fast"
group and a "leisure" group. After riding to the ride start and seeing
what this bike could do, I decided to go with the fast guys. Being on a
new type of bike, I hung out back. I stayed well out of their draft and I
could keep up quite easily! This really blew me away. If I was on the
upright in the paceline, it would nearly kill me to keep up. Now I can
stay out the draft and keep up with them, with only moderate effort!
Needless to say, I am pleased. God willing I will put thousands and
thousands of miles on this remarkable machine. |
